Accurate assessment of your current usage requirements is then reflected into comparison of carriers, rates and services.
By utilising our aggregated purchasing in the market place, this generally leads to considerable $ savings for our clients. The results achieved bring about numerous benfits to our clients such as it solutions, reductions in supplier numbers, etc.

Generally, transport carriers apply their rates based on your usage volumes. They do this on a one on one application.
T&DC have an increased ability to generate savings for our clients based on our market volume capabilities through the use of Volume Aggregated Purchasing. This in itself is not unique, but we consistently achieve greater savings without service loss for our clients, simply due to our continued market presence and size of our client portfolio.

Direct Benefits
You don’t lose control of your distribution. You have a direct relationship with the service or product provider.
You signoff on all recommendations, and always retain the right to veto. You make all the decisions. You are in control of the results.
T&DC are not brokers and as such, we do not buy and onsell. We advise with no bias or baggage, we are not a service provider and have no shareholding in any freight companies or products.
T&DC can account check all freight invoices and forward to you for your direct payment to the carrier (s). No more inaccuracies/overcharging on freight charges!
Starting The Process
T&DC has a simple process. What we need to do first is to gain an understanding of your business, its needs and your customer demands. We have found that a face to face interview is the best forum to allow you to pass on such emotional and economical issues.
Whilst we perform a “clinical” analysis and appraisal of your current supply chain expenditure. This provides T&DC with an opportunity to provide real suggestions that will support your mission statement, if any, and culture of your business.
There are questionnaires specific to the review we are conducting for you to complete. We combine the information gathered to provide to you with an accurate Benchmark Report.
Our detailed findings in the Benchmark Report gives you the opportunity to consider the strategy prior to moing forward. It is at this stage T&DC would seek an appointment. Until that point there is absolutely no cost to you.
